For 2 people, mix tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper and red onion, then add crumbled feta and a few black olives. Prepare a simple dressing with extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper, and gently toss it with the salad. Ingredients

  • 2 ripe tomatoes 🍅

  • 1 cucumber 🥒

  • 1 green or red bell pepper

  • ½ red onion

  • 100 g of feta or firm white cheese

  • A few black olives

  • 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 🍋

  • 1 pinch of dried oregano (or fresh basil)

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation :

  • Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper into small pieces.

  • Thinly slice the red onion.

  • Mix everything together in a salad bowl.

  • Add the crumbled feta and a few black olives

  • In a small bowl, prepare the dressing:
