Our artisanal harissa is made according to the traditional Tunisian recipe, using carefully selected red peppers, naturally sun-dried, then ground with garlic, salt, and olive oil.
This smooth and aromatic paste stands out for its balanced heat and intense aroma, showcasing the full culinary richness of the Maghreb.
Used as a condiment, marinade, or sauce base, it pairs perfectly with couscous, grilled dishes, soups, sandwiches, and other spicy recipes.
